La Courgette Verte de Milan 'Black beauty' est une variété très productive, non coureuse, précoce et hâtive produisant de beaux fruits brillants, vert foncé de 15-20 cm de long. Cette variété se consomme de préférence récoltée jeune. Son épiderme vert foncé renferme une chair douce qui a beaucoup d'intérêt en cuisine. Le semis s'effectue au chaud au mois d'avril. Repiquez les jeunes plants en pleine terre, à la mi-mai, à une distance de 1 m en tous sens. Pour un semis directement en pleine terre, semer après les dernières gelées quand le sol est bien réchauffé. Exposition ensoleillée, sol riche.
